Local Pick-Up (PDX Only)
Use code PICKUPPDX at checkout to skip shipping and pick up! Once your order is ready, I’ll send you a pickup confirmation email with all the details and instructions. Orders can be picked up at Hannah Naomi Jewelry after you’ve received that confirmation.
Please Read For Pick Ups:
Processing time for me to get your order ready is approximately 5 business days.
Do NOT head to the shop until you’ve received pickup confirmation
Be sure to check Hannah Naomi Jewelry’s Google hours before stopping by, as their availability may vary.
Please leave a note in the “Order Special Instructions” box at checkout and make sure your phone number and email are entered correctly so I can contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
When will my order ship?
Processing time varies for individual items (approximately 2-10 business days).
Shipping time varies from about 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Untracked sticker shipping option: The less expensive shipping option for stickers is shipped via first class mail in an untracked envelope.

International orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & cancellations
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery. 5% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. Log into your account to begin the return process from your account page!
Certain items are ineligible for returns: Cards, Stickers + Books.
